OUR POLICIES
Please arrive on time and be sure to have consent forms filled out prior to appointment, preferably at time of booking. If you are running 15 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule and forfeit your booking fee. Please plan accordingly for traffic delays. Being late will create a delay to your artists schedule which is unfair to other clients. We want to give everyone our undivided attention without rushing.
We reserve the right to refuse our services.
Booking:
Please send us a clear focused picture (not in selfie mode or with any filters) before booking an appointment. Christina must be able to determine if you are a good candidate for one of these procedures. Please keep in mind that microblading is not usually an option for covering old work and Christina will discuss either a powder brow or ombre brow with you. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule full procedures treatments. The remaining balance is due on the day of the procedure and follow-up session.
Follow Up:
Perfection sessions must be completed with a 10 week margin or an additional fee of $175 will be applied in addition to the regular follow-up fee. Follow-ups for lips are billed at whatever the current rate is.
Annual Touch Ups:
$100 is required to book your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your touch up. Annual touch-ups are only offered to existing clients. New clients will be charged for a full procedure and then will qualify for color boosting price.
If you would like to change from Microblading to Nano, Ombre or Powder brows it will no longer be considered a touch up and you will need to book a full procedure slot. You will be charged accordingly.
Please keep in mind if you allow your permanent makeup to fade entirely then a single session may not be enough to get it back in top notch shape and may result in a new procedure fee (includes two sessions).
No Show Fee:
If you do not show up for your touch up, a $100 no show fee is required before rescheduling your appointment in addition to any balance due for the appointment. If you are a no show for your full procedure you will forfeit your deposit. An additional full deposit will be required to put you back on the schedule.
Rescheduling:
We work hard to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion. If you need to cancel or reschedule we would appreciate a 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Please remember due to our busy schedule that it may be several months before we can get you back on the schedule so please be patient.
Communication:
We welcome you to contact us in whichever method you prefer. Please allow 1-3 business days to respond to messages. Remember virtual consultations are free. We also offer in person consults if you prefer at our consultation fee.
No Guests Please:
Due to the sanitary nature of our services, we respectfully ask that you do not bring guests to accompany you during your appointment. This includes children, family, friends and pets. Only clients will be allowed in the procedure room while services are being performed. Your guests are welcome to enjoy any of the local amenities in town while they wait.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly require 72 hours cancellation notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel within the cancellation time frame will result in loss of booking deposit and will require an additional deposit to rebook. You may cancel directly from your confirmation text or call us.
Deposit Refund:
Under special circumstances refunds can be made on booking deposits, however they will be made after a 10% surcharge is deducted for processing fees.
